Often, people ask how I have a generally positive attitude & keep stress low while juggling work & my business, having thriving relationships, and keeping self-care a priority despite having days that are booked from 7 a.m- 7 p.m.

These 5 tips don’t require much time or resources, only the desire to soak up the most joy out of each day. Personally, I feel the most joyful when I’m watering each area of my life like plants in a garden. 8. Why I no longer wake up at 5 a.m.

On this week’s episode, we are talking about routines that set you up for success.

If you asked me 2 years ago, I would have shared a detailed list of what I accomplish before work back when I woke up at 5 a.m. everyday.

While that served me in my early 20s, my days look much different now that I’ve leaned into prioritizing hormone health & matching my energy with the natural circadian rhythm. I no longer wake up at 5 a.m. nor do I accomplish much before starting work each day.

Now, I’m much more present and focused on getting the most out of each momentbeing instead of doing. Instead of rushing to post on Insta, I focus on eating my breakfast slowly and chewing each bite. Instead of forcing myself to read, I practice deep breathing and positive mantras.

I was afraid that if I didn’t have a detailed morning routine, I’d be lazy & my business would fail. To find out how this unconventional method works and helped me actually GROW my business & lower my stress levels, tune into today’s episode!
