9. Why I no longer wake up at 5 a.m.

On this week’s episode, we are talking about routines that set you up for success.

If you asked me 2 years ago, I would have shared a detailed list of what I accomplish before work back when I woke up at 5 a.m. everyday.

While that served me in my early 20s, my days look much different now that I’ve leaned into prioritizing hormone health & matching my energy with the natural circadian rhythm. I no longer wake up at 5 a.m. nor do I accomplish much before starting work each day.

Now, I’m much more present and focused on getting the most out of each momentbeing instead of doing. Instead of rushing to post on Insta, I focus on eating my breakfast slowly and chewing each bite. Instead of forcing myself to read, I practice deep breathing and positive mantras.
