Today, my intention card pull read: I choose to believe in my inner strength. My gratitude card said: I’m grateful for self-confidence.

I felt inspired so I quickly grabbed my iPhone to record this as I’ve been struggling with self-confidence these past few months while feel defeated by challenge after challenge.

And you know what?

I’m better because of them. I couldn’t see it at the time (*cue laying in bed staring at the ceiling wondering how to continue forward when all I want to do is quit my business and sleep all day*), but I wanted to share some thoughts on why you should not give up even when you feel like there’s no way you have the energy or motivation to continue pursuing your dreams, personal growth, and living the best life you possibly can.
